When we use Google Gemini API, data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under Google's data processing terms and relevant transfer mechanisms. We use only paid Gemini API access for production flows in the EU/EEA.
5. AI-Assisted Product Descriptions
Commission item descriptions may be generated with AI assistance and are reviewed by the seller or an employee before publication. The image is sent to our selected AI provider solely to generate a draft description. We never send customer personal data, and images that primarily show people or identifiable traits must be described manually. The AI processing does not set cookies or change your cookie choices.
6. Retention Periods
- Order data: 5 years (bookkeeping law)
- Customer data: Deleted after 2 years of inactivity
- AI log for commission item descriptions: 90 days
- Inactive push subscriptions: deleted after 30 days
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection per GDPR Art. 15-21.
