2. About Commission Sales
Hansen-trading.dk ApS sells items on commission for private individuals and businesses (commission owners). Hansen-trading.dk ApS is the seller (commissioner) in relation to you as a customer. All your consumer rights apply against Hansen-trading.dk ApS — not the commission owner.
3. Prices
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. The price is fixed for the shown item or quantity.
4. Commission Items
Most commission items are unique (qty: 1). Some listings can be bought in multiple pieces when the page shows stock quantity. An item may be sold in our physical store while you are browsing online. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if the item or requested quantity is no longer available.
5. Item Description and Condition
All items are described to the best of our ability. Commission items are categorized as: New, Used, or Refurbished. The condition description notes any damage, wear, or patina. As many items are pre-owned, expectations should be aligned with the item's age and condition.
6. Payment
We accept payment via Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay Online. Payment is processed through our payment provider QuickPay. Payment is only charged when the order is confirmed.
7. Delivery
Delivery is handled by PostNord, GLS, or DAO. Delivery time is typically 1-4 business days depending on shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
8. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the item. Return shipping is at your own expense.

9. Warranty
All commission items are covered by the full 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act section 83. Hansen-trading.dk ApS is the seller (commissioner), so warranty claims are always handled by us - not by the commission owner.
We do not use the special 1-year reduction for secondhand goods. For used items, any defect is still assessed in light of the item's age, condition, and price, but the default period remains 2 years. During the first 12 months, a defect is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.
Some secondhand items may be sold as 'sold with known defect'. In that case, we describe the specific defect clearly on the product page before purchase and repeat the disclosure in the cart, checkout, order confirmation, and invoice. Only the specifically disclosed defect is excluded from the right of complaint; all other defects remain covered by the full 2-year period.
Your statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, a proportional price reduction, or cancellation, depending on the specific defect and the rules in the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
